Day 19: Mansilla de las Mulas - León

We started walking to León at about 8:30, and half hour later it started to rain.. and it rained all morning, until we reached our destination. Good thing that we were doing only a short walk of 19km today, because we arrived fed up with this weather. And this way we couldn't really take any pictures while walking..

After arriving we decided to look for a good place to have lunch, as this was Valentine's day after all! So we found a restaurant with a good looking 12€ menu and we went with it. We had 4 plates and two desserts, all good, and we were satisfied. My personal favorite was the tarta de queso with ice cream and caramel topping, perfect!

With the rain (that by now was on and off) we didn't do much sightseeing, just the basic: some street walking, a building designed by Gaudí and the cathedral. But later we joined Fiona at a bar for some tapas and drinks, a good finish to our day (although the bar wasn't all that good, but we enjoyed the company).
